About Thea
Thea van Schalkwyk is an independent home loan originator and leads the team at BondExcel Cape. She has been part of the property market in South Africa for more than 32 years. In addition to her 9 years as an estate agent, she has gained 23 years experience as a home loan specialist, both as an originator and as a home loans consultant at Nedbank.
Thea has won numerous awards, including being named as one of the Top 10 home loan consultants for Nedbank nationally and Top 2 regionally. She prides herself on providing a personalized service with fast turnaround times. Her willingness to go the extra mile has allowed her to gain the continued support of agents and clients throughout South Africa.
